If you’ve run out of options and run out of answers and you’re tired of living every day in pursuit of your next drink/fix, we’ve been there too and we want to help.

The truth is, there are always deeper bottoms and more misery if we choose to keep using/drinking. The question is, is this the floor you want to stop at? Are you ready for something different? If so….

1. Why do you want to get clean/sober?

2. Are you willing to do whatever it takes to get and stay clean/sober?

3. Do you have health insurance or any other resources that you can use towards treatment?

4. If your application is approved, do you agree to complete all of our recommendations?

5. Have you been to treatment before? If so, how many times and for how long?

6. Once you are done with treatment, are you willing do what it takes to stay clean/sober? Our recommendation will always be to find a 12-step fellowship that you connect with (AA, NA, CA, etc.), and do everything that is suggested.

8. What substances are you using, how often, and how much?

9. Where are you currently living and what are the conditions of your current living situation?

10. Are you currently working?

11. Do you have a vehicle?

12. If you live somewhere other than Colorado, and your application is accepted, can you get to Colorado?

13. Is there anything else you would like us to know about you or situation?

Your answers to these questions will be sent to our 4 person board, made up of non-judgmental addicts in recovery, who have all been right where you're at now.

If 3/4 of them say yes, then your application will be approved, and we will call and email you back with the news.

We will then send you an email with our recommendations, which may include detox, residential treatment, and sober living.
